ADVERSE DRUG REPORTING- SHORT COURSE TRAINING

EAPI in partnership with Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) held a 3 day short course training from 17-19 October,2018 for pharmacists with the theme “developing a positive adverse drug reporting culture”.

The training was held at the school of pharmacy, UoN and was opened by Dr. Siyoi, Registrar PPB who pledged support to EAPI initiatives. Dr.KefaBosire, EAPI Principal Investigator, during the certificate ceremony emphasized the importance of not only pharmacists,medical practitioners but also the public should be sensitized on the importance of reporting any adverse drug reactions.
